Contact us by phone or email and we will advise you if we think your item will sell on eBay, we can conduct online research to estimate its value and if you wish, you can set a minimum sale price.

If you decide that you want to go ahead you can drop the items off at our premises, (or you can use our pick-up service), then our experienced staff will document all your items and capture the key points you wish to highlight in your eBay listing (and note any imperfections).
When it is all itemised, we give you a receipt and hold the items in our warehouse. Then we get to work photographing and listing your item on eBay (normally within 5 days).
Once listed we will send you an email with a link to the eBay auction, so that you can watch all the action as it occurs. (Many of our sellers tell us this part of the process is as much fun as getting their final cheque!) Most of the bidding on eBay happens in the last couple of hours, so do not be discouraged if it looks as though everything is going slowly in the early stages!
After the auction is closed we'll send you an update with the prices achieved, then we'll be wrapping, packing, shipping and chasing the purchaser for payment.
The purchaser has a week to pay and another week to return the goods if they are not satisfied. If anything is unsold we can usually re-run the auction or return the item to you.
Finally, we send you your cheque (payment is posted to you no later than 14 days after receiving cleared funds from the purchaser).
The whole process from initial phone call to you receiving your cheque takes an average 6 weeks.
"I was impressed with the excellent photography and the description of my items in the listings couldn't have been better"
